Refund Policy

The short version

30 days, no questions asked. If you bought a course, didn't love it, and haven't completed more than 50% of its lessons, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

What qualifies for a refund

  • You request the refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • You've completed less than 50% of the course's lessons.
  • The certificate (if any) hasn't been issued.

What doesn't qualify

  • You completed the course (we take that as "you got value").
  • You waited more than 30 days from purchase.
  • The certificate has been issued and is publicly verifiable — refunding would also revoke the certificate.

How to request a refund

Email support@getsetflow.app with the course title and the email associated with your Academy account. We process refunds within 5 business days. The amount returns to the original payment method.

Free courses

SetFlow Originals and instructor-published free courses have no transaction, so there's nothing to refund. You can unenroll from a free course any time from your dashboard.

Bundles and tracks

For bundle purchases: same 30-day window. The 50% threshold applies to the *least-completed* course in the bundle. For learning tracks: same rules, same window.

Instructor side

Instructors are not charged refund fees for refunds within the 30-day window. The platform absorbs the processing cost.

Stripe note

Once paid checkout is live, refunds will be processed through Stripe. Bank-side timing for the return to your account depends on your card issuer (typically 5-10 business days).
